I've made a start on 'proper' planning for my Ancestral Voices project, which I've had in mind since 2001 or thereabouts. There's still a fair amount of research to do, but in order to get things moving I'm using the Plotstormers course on Writers' HQ I've also decided to take part in this year's NaNoWriMo, with a change from my favourite horror/supernatural. This year it's a murder/mystery/crime/thriller, set in December 1500. As always, I'll be posting progress updates on my Twisting the Tale blog (link to the side).
